Cameron Fox, M.S., C.P.T., C.E.S. joined the practice in 2008 to help run the day to day operations and establish and run our health and wellness program. Cameron graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Masters degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise and sport psychology, as well as an undergraduate degree also in Kinesiology. It is Cameron’s goal to help all of our patients learn how to make exercise and physical activity work in their lives.

Miranda Thomas is our medical assistant here at Greater Columbia Bariatric Surgeons. Miranda has worked in the medical field for the past 10 years, starting in Alzheimer Care and also working in orthopedics. Having lived in the Tri-Cities for the past 24 years, Miranda is amazed and proud of our community of patients and their commitment to creating a healthy life style. Miranda was banded in January of 2009, and is more than happy to help, guide, or just listen to any of our patients that may need help.

Natalee Best is our front office coordinator and has lived in the Tri-cities for the past 14 years. Natalee started in the medical field about 4 years ago as a file clerk and worked her way up to receptionist, front office supervisor, and now we are grateful to have her here at Greater Columbia Bariatric Surgeons as our front office coordinator. As the individual responsible for helping our patients gain insurance approval, Natalee is very excited to work closely with you so that the process is as easy as possible. Natalee is also an excellent resource for our patients as she was banded in August of 2009, and is here to answer any questions you might have.
