Following are some great tasting, low calorie, healthy drinks that are sure to fill you up and energize you in the warm summer months to come.



Pink Lemonade Summer Smoothie

1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
4 oz Crystal Light or Country Time Sugar Free Lemonade
4-6 Pink Lemonade ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

 
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tblsp Adams No Sugar Peanut Butter

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

 
Peach Smoothie

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tblsp sugar free peach jello (powder)
*can add 1/4 cup fresh peaches after Pre/Post Op diet period

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

 
Tropical Refresher

1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1-2 packets sugar substitute

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

 
Orange Cream - By Sherrie J.

8 oz Crystal Light “Sunrise” Classic Orange drink
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix protein powder and orange drink in shaker cup with cold water, shake and drink.
*NOTE-You can make this an all day sipper by mixing 2 scoops of protein and 32 oz of orange drink in large sports drink bottle. It keeps well in the refrigerator and can be sipped on all day to keep away the urge to snack.

 
Root Beer Float

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
6 oz Diet Root Beer pop (decarbonated)
1/4 tsp Schilling Root Beer concentrate

Shake well with 3-4 ice cubes, crushed ice, or blend.

 
“Mochacinno”

12 oz Hot TAP water
1/2 scoop Nectar Cappuccino Protein powder (mix together first)
1 scoop Chocolate Protein powder
**Mix with spoon-the Cappuccino tends to clump-just keep mixing!!!
(doesn’t mix well in shaker cup or blender either)

1/8 – 1/4 tsp (to taste) Decaf Instant coffee crystals (or 1 oz decaf coffee)
Can be heated 30-45 seconds in the microwave
Top with sugar free cool whip

 
Spiced Chai Tea - By Sherrie J.

8 oz water
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tea bag-decaffinated
1 pkg sugar substitute
1 dash spice mix (to taste)

Combine 2 oz of water and 1 scoop protein powder-shake/mix well. Heat 6 oz of water, add tea bag and steep for 2 1/2 -4 minutes depending on how strong you like it. Remove tea bag and slowly add hot tea to protein mix stirring constantly. Add sugar substitute and dash of spice mix. Give on final stir and enjoy.
*NOTE-may be heated in microwave if not hot enough.
